PURPOSE OF THIS COURSE

This course and it's Modules are aimed at enabling the new or inexperienced Business Manager to understand their role. It will provide the information necessary to carry out their duties. If you are already an experienced Business Manager please allow this to serve as a refresher course and perhaps a reminder of practises that have fallen into disuse.


UNDERSTANDING THE FINANCE AND INSURANCE PROCESSES
The course has included a section directed at Salespersons, on how best to work with the Finance and Insurance Department to achieve a better result for the Dealership. The points raised are in areas that benefit the Business Manager. They are areas that the Business Manager should encourage and foster.

This course has included suggestions to the Business Manager on how to work better with the Sales team. The integration of the two departments is in the best interests of all concerned and is of vital importance to the profitability of the dealership. The Business Manager has a role to play in this area and must meet the sales team halfway.
